🔄 Refund & Return Policy

Return Window We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items in original, unused condition.

Condition Requirements Due to the nature of our heavy steel products, all returns must be:

• Unused and unassembled (where applicable)
• In original packaging or equivalent secure packaging
• Free from damage, rust, or modifications

Return Shipping Because of the size and weight of our products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a freight carrier with insurance. We are not responsible for items damaged in transit during a return.

Refund Process Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Custom or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.
